DEALING WITH (ehem) REJECTION

Rejection may come from many sources and some of those causes can be somehow ridiculous for some but extremely serious for others. Incidentally the most common reason for rejection is a feeling of inadequacy and a fear of failure from your partner. Regardless of the reason your significant other is dropping you is still devastating to the ego. The list is endless but let me mention a few reasons why you could be dropped. Relationship rejection is one of those nasty by products that come along with dating. Most of us don’t have skin thick enough to completely ward off the effects. We are “only human” after all. However, when one person tells another that they aren’t a good match, politely or otherwise, you can’t help but feel the pain of rejection. This isn’t the soft pain that you associate with asking someone out and them saying no. This is relationship rejection and it comes after feelings have been seriously committed. When this happens, keep the following tips in mind. (because these tips helped me alot) Address the pain. It’s no use hiding in your bed or behind a big bottle of wine. You’re bound to feel a great deal of pain and it’s good to embrace it. Rejection hurts but you need to face it to fix it and move on. Avoid needless anguish. Some relationships are worth fighting for to be sure, but really take a look at what the reasons were that led to the breakup or rejection. You don’t want to beat a dead horse. Let it go and spend your time fighting for something and someone with a future. Keep occupied. As good as it is to face rejection, you also need to ensure that you’re not compounding the pain by dwelling needlessly on it. Get outside, get together with friends, join a club and keep social. Not only will it be better for you mentally, but it can also serve as an intro to your next relationship! “I am dealing with rejection” Try breathing exercise… The right person for you is a step closer. This might sound a little hokey to begin with but the truth of the matter is that by not spending time with someone who knows you’re not right for them, you’re opening up time in your life for someone who is right. After all, life is busy enough as is to spend what little free time we have with Mr. or Ms. Wrong. Everyone faces rejection. It’s a part of dating and relationships. You might feel the sting for days, weeks or months to come, but when you keep focused on your goal of finding the right connection as opposed to the wrong one, you’re bound to bounce back and be all the better for it! Hoping somehow dealing with rejection makes us grow as an individual.. It doesn’t mean you were rejected is that you have to close your doors to any possibilities in the future… make it as a step moving forward. Don’t focused to much on yourself when you experienced it instead think that there’s something wrong that day and there’s nothing with you personally..Just think positive… BE POSITIVE..

high school rendevous

sometime, when we have step to some point of live..
we will stop for a while and take a rest. then our mind will flashing back to the memory back when we still continue our way in the road.

for some reason, theres so many way that i have going trough. from first i was born then starting to say "mama" then start to walking till talking influently untill first day i go to kindergarden.
the first time i get to know a school with so many friends,a teacher. and i remember i still a snoob kid.hehehe
then going to primary school..
when im starting to feels something to someone. even just a puppy love. but its nice to remember.
then stepping to junior high school.. this state was the most-wild time for me. because im going out of puberty..
everything that teenagers of my age do have i done. this is the most fun state of all. because we just do what we like without thinkin anything.
than steping again to senior high school.
this state was totaly different then all state. we have a new resposible to hold due to our maturity. people starting to change the perspective from us and start to looking us as a grown up person.. different with junior high school,if in junior high school we still act like a kid and always wanna try all new things. now after in senior high school we all have to considered to all action that we done.. its about all the maturity label that we holding now.
its the time when the happiness and sorrow comes in the same times.
and as the times goes. its makes us a differnt person.

when im going to check my friend list, with unplanted i founded my old gang highschool frindster. then i go check it and looks some photos. then the memory just flashing out off my mind.
all the good-times that we have past together while in high school feels just yesterday. bu now its had past and will never come back again. if i can turn out the clock. i wish i had 1 more high school day.. even just for a day
WELL,I MISS MY HIGH SCHOOL SO MUCH
